March Favourites

Hello!

So this is my first Blog post and I thought...what better way to start my Blog than with my monthly beauty favourites!

I’ve really been enjoying using the Rimmel London Scandal Eyes Retro Glam Mascara as I feel this gives both volume and length and really thickens the lashes. I usually put on two coats of this on the days when I’m not wearing any other eye makeup!

The Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in ‘Nude Delight’ has also been one of my top favourites at the moment as although it can look more like a concealer if worn by itself (on my skin tone), it looks amazing when blended with a peachy/pink lipgloss.

I also recently purchased the Sleek powder blush in Pomergranate. It’s a beautiful fall/autumn shade of blush which I feel can also be worn in the spring or summer time if used with a light hand to give a pink flush of colour to the cheeks. It also highly pigmented considering the price you pay and for the amount of product you actually get.

With spring already here and summer fast approaching I have been enjoying these two nail polishes in particular – Essie’s Bikini So Teeny and Barry M’s Berry Ice cream. I love the little hints of sparkle in Bikini So Teeny and how opaque the colour is with just one coat! As for Berry Ice cream I love the colour and also the lasting power of the nail polish when used with a good top coat.
